If you are submitting to the Best Asynchronous Multiplayer Game category, your game must be truly asynchronous meaning players take turns playing. See Name That Jam! and Words With Friends for good examples. We would like to see random match and play with friends functionality. If you use the mgwuSDK those will be super easy to implement.

If you are submitting to the Best Overall Mobile Game category, we want to see the best game you can make.

Pretty games are great, but you will not be penalized if your game doesn't have good art. MakeGamesWithUs will get custom professionally produced art for all winning games that need it. If you need placeholder art check out our Placeholder/Mock-up Art Pack and opengameart.org. For free sound effects check out freesound.org
